We rely on your consent (when you submit the enquiry form) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business as the legal basis for this processing.
As part of preparing design concepts and inspiration for your project, we may use AI-assisted design and image-generation tools. This can include using a photo of your room that you've shared with us to help generate a personalised visual concept. Where this happens, your photo and any relevant details are shared with the provider of that AI tool solely to generate the visual — we don't use your photo for any other purpose without telling you.
AI-generated visuals, mood boards and design concepts are for inspiration and illustration only. They're not an exact or guaranteed representation of your finished media wall — the final design, materials and specification will always be confirmed in your written quotation.
When you complete the quick-enquiry form and choose to send it, your own device's messaging app (iMessage/SMS) opens with your details pre-filled, addressed to our business number. The message is only sent if you choose to press send from your own device — we don't receive anything until you do.
Separately, when you submit the form, a copy of the information you've entered (name, phone number, postcode, design interest, timeline and any details) is automatically sent in the background to a Google Sheet, which we use to keep a record of enquiries even if you don't go on to send the text message. This means Google processes this information on our behalf as part of providing that service.
If you choose to contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram instead, that conversation is also subject to the relevant privacy policy of Meta (which owns both services), since Meta processes messages sent through them as part of delivering that service to you.
Where it's necessary to provide the service you've requested, we may share relevant information with trusted installation partners or other trusted service providers involved in surveying, quoting, supplying or installing your media wall. We only share what's needed for them to carry out that specific part of the work.
This website uses Google Fonts for its typefaces, which may load resources directly from Google's servers — this can involve your device's IP address being visible to Google as part of that request.
If you accept the cookie banner on this site, we use the following optional cookies and tracking technologies. None of them run unless you accept, and rejecting them does not affect your use of the site.
If you arrive on this site by clicking one of our adverts, the advert platform adds an identifier to the web address (for example gclid from Google or fbclid from Meta). Where you have accepted cookies, we store that identifier for the duration of your visit and record it alongside any enquiry you send, so we can tell which advert produced the enquiry. It is not used to identify you for any other purpose, and it is not shared with anyone other than the advertising platform it came from.

This website and our services are aimed at adults arranging home improvement work, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
